Kicks Official Rules — Goats Arena

1. Eligibility

The Kicks game is open to Texas residents 21 years of age or older. A verified date of birth is required to play. Employees of the Sponsor and of Goats Arena are not eligible to place picks. Void where prohibited.

2. The two currencies

• Kicks are free-play credits used to place picks. Kicks have no cash value, cannot be bought with money, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for anything.
• Horns are promotional reward credits won on picks or earned on purchases, redeemable for food and beverages at Goats Arena. The app always shows the food-and-beverage dollar value of your Horns. Horns have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

3. Getting Kicks

Every member can claim free Kicks in the app every day — no visit and no purchase is ever required to claim or to play. Additional Kicks may be granted for signing up, for daily-claim streaks, for checking in at the venue, and through promotions. The daily claim amount can differ by day of the week. Current amounts are shown in the app. Wallets are subject to a maximum balance shown in the app.

Once a year, a member whose date of birth has been on file for at least 30 days before their birthday window may collect a birthday gift of Kicks, in the amount shown in the app, on any day from three days before through three days after their birthday. The gift must be collected in the app during that window and does not carry over.

4. Playing picks

Stake Kicks on the featured game outcomes shown in the app. Picks may be placed only while physically located in Texas. Before you confirm a pick, the slip shows exactly what a win pays; a winning pick pays that quoted amount in Horns, and the staked Kicks are spent to earn it, whether the pick wins or loses. Game outcomes are determined by the official results of the underlying sporting events; picks on postponed or canceled events are voided and the staked Kicks returned.

5. Promotional payout multipliers

Payout rates on picks may include promotional multipliers. Promotional multipliers may vary by member and over time. A promotional multiplier only ever increases a payout: every member always receives at least the published base payout rate on every pick, and no member's payout rate is ever reduced below the base rate. Promotional multipliers will not exceed 3x the base rate.

The exact payout you would receive on a winning pick — including any promotional multiplier — is shown on your pick slip before you confirm the pick and is locked in when the pick is placed. A winning pick always pays the amount quoted at placement, regardless of any later change to promotional multipliers.

6. Expiration of pick winnings

Horns won on picks are promotional credits and expire if not redeemed. The exact expiration date of your winnings is shown at the moment you win, on the pick card, and in your rewards list. An expiration date is set once, at the time of the win, and is never moved earlier afterward.

Expiration windows may vary by member and by the venue's event schedule, but every expiration window is at least 3 days and no more than 14 days from the day of the win.

Expiration under this section applies only to promotional pick winnings. Horns earned on purchases are not subject to these expiration windows.

7. Redemption windows on pick winnings

Some pick winnings may be redeemable only during a stated window of consecutive days. When a redemption window applies, both the first day and the last day of the window are shown at the moment you win, on the pick card, and in your rewards list, and are never changed after the win. Every redemption window is at least 2 consecutive days long, and begins and ends within the expiration bounds above (3 to 14 days of the win). Outside its stated window, the credit is not redeemable; after the window's last day it expires.

Redemption windows apply only to promotional pick winnings, which are free-play promotional credits that cannot be purchased. Horns earned on purchases are never subject to redemption windows.

8. Payout limits and queued payouts

Pick payouts are subject to per-pick, daily, and weekly limits shown in the app. If a payout would exceed a temporary program-wide limit, the win is not forfeited: the payout is queued and credited automatically, oldest wins first, when capacity is available. A payout held by a daily limit is typically credited the next day; a payout held by a weekly limit is credited after that limit resets at the start of the next week (Monday, venue time). You will be notified when it is credited.

9. Redeeming Horns

Horns are redeemed in the venue through the app, subject to any redemption window under Section 7. Redemptions are applied as food and beverage credit on your check. Horns cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change or credit is given for unused value beyond what the app displays.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end the Kicks game at any time on a prospective basis. No change will reduce Horns you have already won, shorten an expiration date already shown to you, or move a redemption window already shown to you. Accounts involved in fraud, abuse of promotions, or violation of these rules may forfeit promotional credits and be suspended. The game is offered only in Texas and is governed by Texas law.

Questions about the game or a specific pick can be raised with any manager at the venue or by contacting support@bribedhorns.com. We will review and respond within a reasonable time. Sponsor's records are authoritative for pick placement times, quoted payouts, and disclosed dates, all of which are shown to you in the app at the time of each action.
